All Custom Firearms Orders
Orders
At the time of ordering, we will require the customer to complete a build sheet which will then be electronically submitted back to us for review. The customer will receive an email from us within a 24 hour window to discuss the details of the build, and we will determine if the build and estimated completion date is acceptable. Our estimated production time we provide based on the build sheet and customer preferences will be based on availability of parts and current workload and can be subject to change based on unforeseen issues. Most custom firearm builds take 12-14 weeks once the build sheet is approved by both the customer and JV Industries. When purchasing a custom firearm a deposit is required to start the build which equals to half of the agreed full amount of the custom firearm based on the build sheet and discussion with JV Industries. This is a non-refundable deposit. Once the custom firearm is completed the balance is due in a timely manner. There are absolutely no refunds given on our custom firearm builds.
It is imperative for customers to contact us before any deposits are sent.
Abandoned Orders
Once the custom firearm is completed the balance on the custom firearm is due in a timely manner. There are absolutely no refunds given on custom firearms. Once completed, the customer will have up to 30 days in which to pay any remaining balance. After 30 days, we will attempt to contact the customer one final time to arrange payment. If contact and/or payment is not established then the customer forfeits any deposit amount and we will sell the custom firearm at will.
Status Checks
Customers can email info@jvindustries.net with a name, build sheet and a brief message, we will do our best to provide all customers a status update in a timely manner.
Custom Firearm Shipments
JV Industries complies with all federal firearms laws involving purchases of complete firearms and will ship only to authorized FFL holders or to a law enforcement agency if that agency is the actual purchaser of the firearm.
JVI Custom Built Firearms Guarantee
JV Industries takes pride in our workmanship. Upon completion, each one of our custom firearms will go through a function fire test and durability cycle so when each customer receives their new firearm, it will be ready to shoot and function reliably. The labor on each one of our firearms is covered 100% and we supply our customers with this labor service within the first year of purchase. This guarantee and service excludes any damage as a result of tranportation, failure to perform proper and/or routine maintanance, damage due to improperly loaded and/or improperly manufactured ammunition that was fired through the firearm, misuse, abuse and unauthorized alteration of the product. Our custom firearms also utiltize other manufactuer's products and those such products would have to be warrantied with those manufacturers. We consider some parts of the firearm as consumable (scopes, sights, springs, trigger components, firing pins and any other items that may wear from normal use) and these products are not covered by us. With each custom firearm sold we are happy to support customers with recommended ammunition loads, specs and general maintance procedures.

Placing An Order

Returns and Refunds
Customers may return most new, unopened items and unopened items purchased from JV Industries within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It is the customer's responsibility to cover all return shipment costs. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will reimburse the customer the reasonable cost for return shipment.
Items that have been opened inappropriately, handled or used cannot be returned for a credit or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used or form of payment.
Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Installation of Parts
Installation and testing should only be performed by a trained and experienced gunsmith. JV Industries is not liable or responsible for any damages or injuries which may result from improper installation or use of any of our parts.
